What is Callcord?
Callcord is a service that will generate additional revenue for you, by calling to reactivate lapsed shoppers on your behalf.
How does it work?
First you tell who you want us to call, based on two settings:
1. Minimum lifetime purchase amount example - only call shoppers who spent over $200
2. Lapsed time example - only call shoppers who haven’t made a purchase in the last 6 months
Optionally you can set your own custom call script and adjust the default days and times that we will call your customers.
Once you have set the campaign to active, we’ll begin calling your customers over the following days and track any additional purchases made by reactivated customers, as well as report back the result of all the calls, visible in the Callcord app dashboard.
Is this service free?
This app works on a “no win, no fee” approach. It’s free to use the service and there are no costs for the calls themselves. For any successfully reactivated customers, a simple percentage fee is applied for any new purchases for a set time period since the last successful call by us. There are no other hidden fees. If no additional purchases are generated, you are not charged anything. Please refer to the pricing page in the app for details.
How long does it take for all calls to be made?
Most calls will be done within 1 week from being added to the call list.
What if they don’t pick up the phone?
We’ll call their number up to N times, and if we cannot either reach them in person or leave a voicemail, they won’t be called again.
How do you know how to answer customer inquiries?
You can provide a link to any FAQ or document for our callers, however if the question cannot be answered based on this information, it will be passed onto you via the call record in the Callcord app dashboard eg- “Thanks for your question, I’ll check with the team”
What if they don’t want to be called?
We will place any customers who request it onto a do not call list, and will no longer contact that customer again.
What if I have a question not answered here?
